Conference Bay Pte Ltd (“Conference Bay”) intends through its website, presently located at "www.conferencebay.com" (“Website”), to enable you to access and use designated services of Conference Bay provided on the Website (“Services”). By accessing the Website and/or using the Services, you expressly consent and agree to be bound and abide by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and you expressly consent to Conference Bay’s use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and/or do not consent to such use and disclosure, please cease to access or use the Services.
Access to the Services shall be provided upon your completion of the online registration form available on the Website and Conference’s Bay’s acceptance of your registration. Upon successful registration, you shall be provided with an account (the “Account”), accessible using your unique email address, provided by you during registration, as the username and a unique password, also provided by you during the registration.
The Website shall be accessed and/or used solely for the purpose of using the Services. No part of this Website or any content, information or materials contained in it or in connection with the Services may be reproduced, adapted, communicated, transmitted or distributed in any manner or by any means, stored in an information retrieval system or otherwise used or dealt with in any way, without the written permission of Conference Bay. You shall not use any automated means to retrieve any content, information and materials from the Website or to process or place ticket orders.
Conference Bay shall not be responsible for any information relating to any conference listed and displayed on the Website (“Conference Bay”), including without limitation, information concerning the programme and contents of such Conference and speakers at such Conference. All such information relating to Conference(s) is furnished by and is the responsibility of the Organizer(s) of the Conference(s) (“Organizer”). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that the relevant Organizer(s) shall be solely responsible for the content, accuracy and veracity of all such information provided. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Conference Bay using the Account (“Customer Information”) is true, complete and correct, and that you will update all such Customer Information as it changes. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be solely held responsible for all Customer Information provided using the Account.
Conference Bay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or terminate the Account or your access to the Account and/or the Website at its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. You shall ensure that the computer, wireless and other equipment which you use to access the Account are well maintained and free from spyware, keystroke loggers, computer viruses, Trojan horses and malicious codes, and any software containing the aforementioned and programs of any kind which may cause harm or damage.

Conference Bay is the owner and holds full legal title to all tickets for Conferences listed on the Website. All tickets are sold by Conference Bay for and on its own behalf. All bids and bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Conference Bay. Conference Bay reserves the right to reject any bids and bookings. You shall be entitled to login and use the Account to bid or book tickets, as appropriate, for any Conference listed on the Website. Upon Conference Bay’s acceptance of a bid or booking, the successful bid or booking entitles you to such number of purchased tickets at the Conference. You are entitled to cancel or amend any bid at any time until such bid is successfully accepted by Conference Bay. In addition to the Terms, purchase of tickets for any Conference by bidding or booking, besides the Terms, is also subject to any specific terms and conditions for the Conference as imposed by the Organizer. [Upon bidding or booking tickets for any Conference, the specific terms and conditions will be displayed under the information relating to the Conference.] No refund or exchange of tickets shall be made under any circumstances except as provided in Clause 6 below. Payment shall be made by credit card for all ticket purchases. Conference Bay shall at its sole discretion decide to accept any alternative payment methods. For alternative payment methods, you shall bear any additional charges and fees arising out of such payment methods (including without limitation, any applicable bank charges and transfer fees) and payment shall be made not more than ten (10) days after a successful bid or booking and in any case not more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time of the applicable Conference. In the event that a Conference is cancelled by the Organizer, Conference Bay shall fully refund you the full payment made towards any successful bid or booking. Conference Bay shall not be liable for any further losses or costs flowing from the cancellation of any Conference.

The copyright in and to the contents of the Website (save for information pertinent to you and your Account) is owned by and/or licensed for use by Conference Bay. No part or parts of such contents may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, displayed, broadcasted, hyperlinked or transmitted in any manner or by any means stored in an information retrieval system. The trade marks displayed on the Website are the sole and exclusive property of Conference Bay or other relevant third parties. No right or license is given for any reproduction or use of any such trade marks.
The Website and the Services are provided “as is” and Conference Bay makes no warranty or representation in connection with the Website and the Services, including without limitation, availability, accuracy, completeness, functionality, reliability, performance, timeliness, non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties and representations (implied, statutory or otherwise) are hereby excluded.
Save as expressly set out in Clause 6, Conference Bay shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, costs (including but not limited to legal costs), charges, expenses and other liabilities, whether direct or consequential, of whatsoever nature, that you may incur, arising out of or relating to or in connection with your access and use of the Website and Services.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Conference Bay, together with its officers, agents, employees, contractors and principals, on a full indemnity basis against all losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, costs (including but not limited to legal costs), charges, expenses and other liabilities, whether direct or consequential, of whatsoever nature, that Conference Bay may incur, arising out of or relating to or in connection with all actions or claims which may be made against Conference Bay by reason of your access and/or use of the Website and Services, including but not limited to any breach of your obligations under the Terms.
Conference Bay may from time to time add, vary or change the Services offered to you. Such changes may necessitate amendments to the Terms. You agree that Conference Bay shall have the right to amend, vary or supplement the Terms from time to time as Conference Bay may, in its absolute discretion, deem fit. Amendments and/or addition to the Terms may be made with notice to you by any means that Conference Bay deems fit (including without limitation, by notice on the Website), and such amendment and/addition shall take effect as between Conference Bay and you as from the date specified in such notice or in the absence thereof as from the date of such notice.
If any of the Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the same shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the other Terms.
No failure to exercise or enforce and no delay in exercising or enforcing on the part of Conference Bay of its rights under any of the Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof nor shall it in any way prejudice or affect the right of Conference Bay afterwards to act strictly in accordance with the powers conferred on Conference under such Terms.
You hereby agree that the laws of Singapore shall govern the Terms and your access and/or use of the Website and the Services and you also hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
