What is Conference Bay all about? |
We aim to make visiting, organising and speaking at conferences a more pleasant experience.
We do this by offering innovative online services to conference organisers, delegates and speakers.
We provide a comprehensive conference agenda organised by topic and by location where organisers can list
their events free of charge. Each conference will be presented in a consistent and concise way, making it easy
for our customers to find exactly what they are looking for.
ConferenceBid, our innovative bidding tool, allows delegates to name their own price for a conference and helps
organisers sell any seats they may not be able to sell at full price. Delegates can make a bid for a seat at any

ConferenceBook, our online ticket booking engine, will help organisers who want to accept online bookings, and let
Conference Bay handle online registration of delegates for their events including on-line credit card payments and

Soon we will launch ConferenceSpeak, our speakers section, which will provide speakers with the opportunity to create
and manage their own profile page so that organisers and delegates can easily find more information about them. We will
also work with selected speakers in hosting online discussion forums.
Senior HR managers exploring training and networking opportunities for their staff will soon be able to log on to Conference Bay
through a password protected mini-site. This will provide them and their staff a comprehensive list of conferences that are of particular
interest to them in a secure environment. A dashboard will provide real time information on bookings and bids made by staff and there will
be an opportunity to link these transactions to the financial approval systems in the organisation.
Other developments in the pipeline include a venue locator and travel related solutions. We have the ambition to grow
internationally as well by including more regions and locations to our database.
