Who can use this service?
All Conference Bay Conference participants who have a mobile phone or PDA with internet access (also called GPRS, UMTS, WiFi, etc).

How to access this service
You will be able to register for this service before the conference. Look out for the email that you receive after you’ve booked your conference ticket.

Pre-event registration is recommended in order to benefit fully from this service. Please be sure to include your mobile number when you register for the Mobile Event Assistant service.

At the conference you will be able to register at the LOG ON stand at the Playground.

Terms & Conditions
Using the mobile Event Assistant involves (on average) downloading 150 kb of data for one conference day, which is charged at your usual mobile phone tariff rates.

Remember, you can opt-out of this service at any time. Your mobile number is used for organisational purposes only and will give you access to the Conference Bay online conference programme, Playground map and attendee list through your mobile phone or PDA. Your privacy is important to us and will be guaranteed at all time. Your mobile number details will not be shared with third parties.
